Wintereditie op zondag 27 december 2026

Dit reglement waarborgt een eerlijke en vlotte gang van zaken tijdens de All European Online Koi Show. De regels gelden voor alle deelnemers. Er worden geen uitzonderingen gemaakt.

Gevolgen van overtreding. Overtreding van dit reglement leidt tot diskwalificatie zonder restitutie van het inschrijfgeld.

Belangrijke data en technische eisen

Deelnamevoorwaarden

·    De wintereditie staat open voor hobbyisten en dealers.

·    Azukari koi zijn toegestaan.

·    Deelnemers uit heel Europa zijn welkom.

Aanleveren van beeldmateriaal

Uploaddeadline. Foto’s en video’s moeten uiterlijk op 15 november 2026 om 23.59 uur zijn geüpload via www.alleuropeankoishow.com.

·    Het beeldmateriaal mag niet ouder zijn dan drie maanden en moet zijn opgenomen tussen 15 augustus en 15 november 2026.

·    Video’s moeten minimaal 1 MB en maximaal 15 MB groot zijn, liggend worden gefilmd en mogen maximaal één minuut duren. Video’s in portretstand of langer dan één minuut worden niet gebruikt; de betreffende koi wordt niet gejureerd.

·    Foto’s moeten minimaal 1 MB en maximaal 3 MB groot zijn en staand worden gemaakt. Foto’s worden niet voor de jurering gebruikt, maar wel voor publicatiedoeleinden. Liggende foto’s worden niet gebruikt; de betreffende koi wordt niet gejureerd.

·    De koi moet zwemmen in een blauwe bak, zoals een opzetvat, koi bowl of meetbak. Filmen in een net is niet toegestaan.

Regels voor video-opnamen

·    Filters en inhoudelijke bewerkingen zijn verboden. Standaardfuncties waarmee de technische kwaliteit van foto’s of video’s wordt geoptimaliseerd, zijn wel toegestaan.

·    Een video mag bestaan uit meerdere opnamen van dezelfde koi, mits deze tijdens hetzelfde opnamemoment zijn gemaakt en achter elkaar zijn gemonteerd.

·    Muziek onder een video is toegestaan, maar heeft geen invloed op de jurering.

·    Foto’s en video’s moeten vrij zijn van namen van kwekers, dealers, certificaten en andere reclame-uitingen. Wanneer deze toch zichtbaar zijn, wordt de koi niet gejureerd.

·    Wees terughoudend met verdovingsmiddelen. De koi moet tijdens de opname zichtbaar zwemmen; anders volgt diskwalificatie.

Stappenplan voor het uploaden

1.  Voer uw koi in tussen 21 september en 15 november in. Na deze deadline worden geen inzendingen meer toegelaten.

2.  Klik rechtsboven op AANMELDEN en log in met uw e-mailadres en wachtwoord. Bent u uw wachtwoord vergeten, vraag dan een nieuw wachtwoord aan.

3.  Kies na het inloggen rechtsboven voor MIJN VATEN. Selecteer het juiste vat en kies vervolgens MIJN KOI.

4.  Kies VOEG KOI TOE, klik op het silhouet van een koi en voer via WIJZIG GEGEVENS alle gevraagde informatie in.

5.  Vermeld de juiste lengte van de koi, gemeten in maart, april of mei 2026. Vrijwilligers voeren in mei en juni steekproefcontroles uit.

6.  Kies UPLOAD FOTO, pas zo nodig het formaat aan en sla de foto op.

7.  Kies UPLOAD VIDEO en upload een video van maximaal één minuut.

8.  Wilt u nog een koi toevoegen, kies dan linksboven opnieuw MIJN KOI en vervolgens VOEG KOI TOE.

Regels voor koi

·    De koi moeten aantoonbaar eigendom zijn van de persoon op wiens naam het vat staat. Voor een dealervat met klantkoi geldt een uitzondering, mits de dealer bij iedere koi de juiste klantgegevens registreert.

·    Koi Wijzer behoudt zich het recht voor om na inschrijving de opgegeven maten op locatie te controleren.

·    Gewonde koi zijn uitgesloten van deelname.

·    Koi die in quarantaine verblijven bij een dealer in het land waar de deelnemer woont, mogen deelnemen wanneer zij op de wedstrijddag, 27 december 2026, daadwerkelijk bij de hobbyist zijn ondergebracht.

·    Per vat mogen maximaal vijf koi worden ingezet.

·    De organisatie mag ingezonden foto’s en video’s gebruiken voor promotiedoeleinden.

·    Longfin koi zijn uitgesloten van deelname.

·    Alleen koi van 30 cm en groter mogen deelnemen.

·    Winnaars van Grand Champion A en Grand Champion B zijn gedurende twaalf maanden uitgesloten van deelname. Dit geldt voor zowel de zomer- als wintereditie; de winnende koi mag daarom niet deelnemen aan de twee eerstvolgende edities.

Regels voor deelnemers

 Per persoon of winkel mogen maximaal twee vaten worden gereserveerd. Dealers hebben daarnaast de optie om klantenvaten te bestellen voor vissen die nog bij hen zwemmen, maar wel aantoonbaar verkocht zijn en op naam van de klant worden ingeschreven.

-    Dealers met een klantenvat moeten op 15 november de naam van de klant toevoegen bij de vis. Vissen in een klantenvat zonder nieuwe eigenaar worden automatisch gediskwalificeerd.

·    Een vat is pas definitief gereserveerd nadat het inschrijfgeld is betaald.

·    Bij te late aanlevering van beeldmateriaal vindt geen restitutie plaats.

·    Bij annulering van de deelname vindt geen restitutie plaats.

·    Bij diskwalificatie vindt geen restitutie plaats.

·    Major Awards worden soms persoonlijk bezorgd aan winnaars in Nederland en België. Voor verzending naar andere landen worden verzendkosten in rekening gebracht.

·    Overige prijzen worden verzonden.

The koi must be swimming in a blue container, such as a show vat, koi bowl or measuring tank. Filming in a net is not permitted.

Rules for video recordings

Filters and substantive editing are prohibited. Standard functions that optimise the technical quality of photos or videos are permitted.

A video may consist of several recordings of the same koi, provided they were made during the same recording session and edited consecutively.

Music may be added to a video, but it has no bearing on the judging.

Photos and videos must not show the names of breeders or dealers, certificates, or any other advertising. If any of these are visible, the koi will not be judged.

Use sedatives sparingly. The koi must be visibly swimming during the recording; otherwise it will be disqualified.

Step-by-step upload instructions

Enter your koi between 21 September and 15 November. No entries will be accepted after this deadline.

Click SIGN IN at the top right and log in with your email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, request a new one.

Once logged in, select MY VATS at the top right. Select the correct vat and then choose MY KOI.

Select ADD KOI, click the silhouette of a koi and enter all requested information via EDIT DETAILS.

Enter the correct length of the koi, measured in March, April or May 2026. Volunteers will carry out random checks in May and June.

Select UPLOAD PHOTO, resize the photo if necessary and save it.

Select UPLOAD VIDEO and upload a video of no more than one minute.

To add another koi, select MY KOI again at the top left, followed by ADD KOI.

Rules for koi

The koi must demonstrably belong to the person in whose name the vat is registered. An exception applies to a dealer vat containing customers’ koi, provided the dealer records the correct customer details for each koi.

Koi Wijzer reserves the right to verify the stated measurements on site after registration.

Injured koi are excluded from participation.

Koi kept in quarantine at a dealer in the participant’s country of residence may enter, provided they are actually housed with the hobbyist on the show date, 27 December 2026.

A maximum of five koi may be entered per vat.

The organisation may use submitted photos and videos for promotional purposes.

Longfin koi are excluded from participation.

Only koi measuring 30 cm or more may enter.

Winners of Grand Champion A and Grand Champion B are excluded from participation for twelve months. This applies to both the summer and winter editions; the winning koi may therefore not enter the next two editions.

Rules for participants

A maximum of two tanks may be reserved per person or store. Dealers also have the option to order customer tanks for fish that are still swimming at their facility, provided that the fish have demonstrably been sold and are registered in the customer’s name.

Dealers with a customer tank must add the customer’s name to the fish by November 15. Fish in a customer tank without a new owner will automatically be disqualified.

No refund will be issued if visual material is submitted late.

No refund will be issued if participation is cancelled.

No refund will be issued following disqualification.

Major Awards are sometimes delivered personally to winners in the Netherlands and Belgium. Shipping costs will be charged for delivery to other countries.

All other prizes will be shipped.

Pro Person oder Geschäft dürfen maximal zwei Becken reserviert werden. Händler haben außerdem die Möglichkeit, Kundenbecken für Fische zu bestellen, die noch bei ihnen schwimmen, sofern nachweislich feststeht, dass die Fische bereits verkauft wurden und auf den Namen des Kunden eingetragen sind.

Rules for video recordings

Sono vietati filtri e modifiche sostanziali. Sono consentite le funzioni standard che ottimizzano la qualità tecnica di foto e video.

Un video può essere composto da più riprese della stessa koi, purché siano realizzate nella stessa sessione e montate consecutivamente.

Indicare la lunghezza corretta della koi, misurata a marzo, aprile o maggio 2026. A maggio e giugno i volontari effettueranno controlli a campione.

Scegliere CARICA FOTO, adattare se necessario il formato e salvare la foto.

Scegliere CARICA VIDEO e caricare un video della durata massima di un minuto.

Per aggiungere un’altra koi, scegliere nuovamente LE MIE KOI in alto a sinistra e quindi AGGIUNGI KOI.

Rules for koi

Le koi devono appartenere in modo dimostrabile alla persona a cui è intestata la vasca. Fa eccezione la vasca di un rivenditore contenente koi di clienti, purché il rivenditore registri i dati corretti del cliente per ogni koi.

Koi Wijzer si riserva il diritto di verificare sul posto le misure dichiarate dopo l’iscrizione.

Le koi ferite sono escluse.

Le koi in quarantena presso un rivenditore nel paese di residenza del partecipante possono partecipare se, il giorno della gara, 27 dicembre 2026, sono effettivamente ospitate presso l’appassionato.

È possibile iscrivere al massimo cinque koi per vasca.

L’organizzazione può utilizzare le foto e i video inviati a fini promozionali.

Le koi Longfin sono escluse.

Possono partecipare solo koi di almeno 30 cm.

Le vincitrici del Grand Champion A e Grand Champion B sono escluse per dodici mesi. La regola vale per le edizioni estive e invernali; la koi vincitrice non può quindi partecipare alle due edizioni successive.

Per persona o negozio è possibile prenotare un massimo di due vasche. I rivenditori hanno inoltre la possibilità di ordinare vasche per clienti per pesci che si trovano ancora presso di loro, a condizione che sia dimostrabile che i pesci siano già stati venduti e registrati a nome del cliente.

I rivenditori che dispongono di una vasca per un cliente devono aggiungere il nome del cliente al pesce entro il 15 novembre. I pesci presenti in una vasca per clienti senza un nuovo proprietario saranno automaticamente squalificati.

In caso di invio tardivo del materiale visivo non è previsto alcun rimborso.

In caso di annullamento non è previsto alcun rimborso.

In caso di squalifica non è previsto alcun rimborso.

I Major Awards vengono talvolta consegnati personalmente ai vincitori nei Paesi Bassi e in Belgio. Per gli altri paesi saranno addebitate le spese di spedizione.

Rules for video recordings

Les filtres et les modifications de contenu sont interdits. Les fonctions standard permettant d’optimiser la qualité technique des photos ou vidéos sont autorisées.

Une vidéo peut réunir plusieurs prises de la même koi, à condition qu’elles aient été réalisées au cours de la même séance et montées à la suite.

La musique est autorisée dans une vidéo, mais elle n’influence pas le jugement.

Les photos et vidéos ne doivent montrer aucun nom d’éleveur ou de revendeur, certificat ni autre publicité. Si l’un de ces éléments est visible, la koi ne sera pas jugée.

Indiquez la longueur exacte de la koi, mesurée en mars, avril ou mai 2026. Des bénévoles effectueront des contrôles aléatoires en mai et juin.

Choisissez TÉLÉCHARGER UNE PHOTO, adaptez le format si nécessaire et enregistrez la photo.

Choisissez TÉLÉCHARGER UNE VIDÉO et téléchargez une vidéo d’une minute maximum.

Pour ajouter une autre koi, choisissez de nouveau MES KOI en haut à gauche, puis AJOUTER UNE KOI.

Rules for koi

Les koi doivent manifestement appartenir à la personne au nom de laquelle le bac est inscrit. Une exception est prévue pour un bac de revendeur contenant des koi de clients, à condition que le revendeur enregistre les coordonnées exactes du client pour chaque koi.

Koi Wijzer se réserve le droit de contrôler sur place les tailles indiquées après l’inscription.

Les koi blessées sont exclues.

Les koi en quarantaine chez un revendeur dans le pays de résidence du participant peuvent concourir si elles sont effectivement hébergées chez l’amateur le jour du concours, le 27 décembre 2026.

Un maximum de cinq koi peut être engagé par bac.

L’organisation peut utiliser les photos et vidéos envoyées à des fins promotionnelles.

Les koi Longfin sont exclues.

Seules les koi mesurant au moins 30 cm peuvent participer.

Les gagnantes des titres Grand Champion A et Grand Champion B sont exclues pendant douze mois. Cette règle s’applique aux éditions d’été et d’hiver ; la koi gagnante ne peut donc pas participer aux deux éditions suivantes.

Rules for participants

Un maximum de deux bacs peut être réservé par personne ou par magasin. Les revendeurs ont également la possibilité de commander des bacs clients pour des poissons qui se trouvent encore chez eux, à condition qu’il soit démontré que les poissons ont déjà été vendus et qu’ils soient enregistrés au nom du client.

Les revendeurs disposant d’un bac client doivent ajouter le nom du client au poisson avant le 15 novembre. Les poissons présents dans un bac client sans nouveau propriétaire seront automatiquement disqualifiés.

Aucun remboursement n’est accordé en cas d’envoi tardif du matériel visuel.

Aucun remboursement n’est accordé en cas de disqualification.

Les Major Awards sont parfois remis personnellement aux gagnants aux Pays-Bas et en Belgique. Les frais d’envoi vers les autres pays sont facturés.
